$5 Dancing In Flow®
Around the World Flow scheduled for August 1st from 6:30- 7:30pm.
Come travel to different parts of the world with us through music!
Dancing In Flow® is an “all dance, no talk” style class created by Carolena Nericcio. It will consist of three 15 minute sets of dancing with short breaks in between. This meditative style class is open to all experience levels. The goal of this class is to quiet your brain and be in the moment. Our combos are easy to follow and are great for letting go of the stresses of the week.
Flow is free for all currently enrolled students.
This flow will be held at Mowery Creative Arts Studio (1000 Dozier Place, 37216).

Level One Classes
*New Thursday series starting August 8th - October 3rd, skipping September 26th, at our NEW LOCATION (1000 Dozier Place, 37216)
Masks are not required for individuals at this time.
Level One is an ongoing 8 week series on Thursday evenings from 7-8pm. Classes are currently held at Mowery Creative Arts Studio in Nashville, TN. Our level one classes are designed for beginning dancers, dancers who are new to this style or dancers that want to brush up their basics. In this series, you will learn the foundational slow and fast movements as well as posture, zils and formation concepts. Most students repeat this class 3 times (on average) before moving to the next level.
$120 for the entire series (8 classes at $15.00 per class). A non-refundable $50 deposit is due to reserve your spot. The remainder ($70) is due at your first class. Please be aware that once class has started all payment is non-refundable and there are no exchanges or make up classes. Email Us if you have any questions!

Level Two Classes

Level two is and ongoing 8 week series on Thursday Evenings from 6-7pm. Classes are currently held at Mowery Creative Arts Studio in Nashville, TN. Our level two classes are for the dancer that is ready to take the next step in their dance education. This course builds on the basics by layering movements together and creating combos. You will also learn new steps and new formation concepts. This class is by teacher promotion or experience. You must have taken a level one class in FCBD®Style to join.

Level Three Classes
*New series starting August 2nd, our NEW LOCATION (1000 Dozier Place, 37216)
Masks are not required for individuals at this time.
Level three is and ongoing 12 week series on Friday Evenings from 6-7pm. Classes are currently held at Mowery Creative Arts Studio in Nashville, TN. Our level three classes are designed for the Intermediate/advanced dancer. This course continues to challenge dancers with new steps and combos as well as new formation concepts. This class is by teacher promotion or experience. You must have taken a level one and level two class in FCBD®Style to join.
$180 for entire series ($15 a class) or $60 a month (4 classes at $15 a class, Due on 1st of month) for level three only or $90 a month for level two and level three. Please be aware that once class has started all payment is non-refundable and there are no exchanges or make up classes.

If you are looking to fast track your dancing skills or fine tune your technique, this is for you! Private lessons with McKenna can be done virtually or in person. McKenna is a certified FCBD®Style teacher and is part of the continuing education program. You will have top tier instruction with the most up to date information. This is one hour fully focused on you and your goals!
Price ranges from $35-$75 per hour depending on location.
