$5 flow August 7th from 6:30-7:30! Our theme is “2000s/Y2K”. Join us for a night of nostalgia as we dance to some of your favorite 2000s era songs!
This Flow® will be held at Mowrey Creative Arts Studio (1000 Dozier Place, 37216)
$5 drop-in for flow. Please note that you will need to pay on the day of or before via cash, PayPal or Venmo at the start of class. This flow cannot be purchased through the website but you may reserve your spot here. This flow is free for all currently enrolled students.
Dancing In Flow® is an “all dance, no talk” style class created by Carolena Nericcio. It will consist of three to four 10-15 minute sets of dancing with short breaks in between. This meditative style class is open to all experience levels. The goal of this class is to quiet your brain and be in the moment. Our combos are easy to follow and are great for letting go of the stresses of the week. No dance experience required!
